Shedfield Equestrian offer ordering by . . .

Telephone: If ordering by phone please call (+44)1329 835115. Please have your method of payment ready with the product name, size and colour. We will also need you address. Please bare with us as we are an English speaking company.

Email: Please email us with an order or if you experience any problems, we will be happy to help. If making an order by email please state the product, size and colour and leave a posting address. Please also state your method of payment.

Fax: Please feel free to fax any orders to(+44)1329 836243. Again we will need the product requested and an address. Please provide a contact number to allow us to contact you for payment.

Post: If sending an order via post, please send it to; Shedfield Nursery & Equestrian, Botley Road, Shedfield, Southampton, Hampshire, SO32 2HN, England. If a cheque is sent in the post it will be cleared before the purchased items get posted.

Shedfield Equestrian reserve the right to change or alter any prices of the products shown on our website, when necessary. We do however try to keep our prices low. The prices shown are including VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shedfield Equestrian also reserve the right to discontinue any products from our online catalogue.

Shedfield Equestrian provides a postal delivery service for you. However there will be a delivery charge on top of your purchases. A charge of a £1.00 will be added to the postage price on products over 3kg due to the packaging required. Orders that are collected will not have a delivery charge; please state that you will be collecting your order. Orders that are received by 10.30 am will be despatched that day when possible.

Returns: If returning a product, please contact us before sending the products out for a returns number on (+44)1329 835115. You will also need to quote your order reference number and please state the reason for returning the product. Please return your products in their original packaging

If returning products that have been damaged during transportation then a refund of the delivery cost will be refunded if on inspection it is believed that it is a genuine damage during transportation.

If returning an item due to wrong colour or size then a refund on the postage costs will not be given.

If returning a product because it is faulty please send it to us. We will send the products back to the supplier on your behalf. A refund or replacement will be given if the manufacturer deems the product faulty. The cost to send it back to us will be refunded.

The delivery time allowed will start when the order has been complete. As a customer you will receive an email stating when your order has been completed. Please allow for the delivery time allocated.

We are also a retail outlet, orders at the weekends including late Friday may not be completed until Monday
